"Every year is getting shorter, never seem to find the time
Plans that either come to naught or half a page of scribbled lines
Hanging on in quiet desperation is the English way
The time is gone, the song is over, thought I'd something more to say"
-Pink Floyd
Although this piece was created back in 2013, the essence of its creativity remains evergreen and timeless. What makes this project special is the transformation and growth it represents. The evolution of technology, specifically within Adobe Photoshop, over the past decade has been extraordinary. We've gone from meticulously drawing curves with the pen tool for silhouetting, to now having Adobe's impressive Cloud Object Selection, which makes things significantly simpler and more accurate.

In this project, you'll see a glimpse of my earlier workflow – a process that's evolved considerably since then. My initial concept begins with a rough mockup, slowly coming together as I fuse about 25 different photos to construct one comprehensive art piece. You'll observe trials and triumphs along the way, reflecting the real-world process of creation – not every step is perfect, but each one contributes to the final masterpiece.

A notable theme throughout my work is a fondness for the past. As the old saying goes, "It's okay to look back at the past, but don't stare." However, I believe that our past, particularly the pleasant echoes of childhood memories, can be a powerful source of inspiration and artistic expression.

As you navigate through this project, you'll witness how my passion for nostalgia and time travel is woven into the art. It's my hope that this project will inspire you to see the beauty of evolution, not just in technology, but in our personal creative journeys as well.
